I was contacted by Nikki Wilkins who wanted some photos of her to promote her new status as fully qualified yoga teacher. I've done her classes and even for a totally creaky, unbendy novice I can thoroughly recommend her. She's gentle, patient and totally encouraging even when I've collapsed in a sweaty, red, ungainly and unbendy heap. With mercifully brisk and bright weather for December, we hit Victoria Park in Hackney for some fun and games and lots of chasing these delightful two year old non-identical twins in different directions.
